Graffiti is one of the hottest trends right now...it is combining the look of ombre and street art!I have seen this look almost everywhere...from Sephora with creative packaging and techniques to emulate the look of graffiti, Crate and Barrel has "Tag" dishes, furniture, runways...even designers like Prada are including the look in featured ads!
Don't you love the Contempo Pitcher?!? In the August 2008 issue of Domino Magazine there is a section called 10 new design icons...the number 1 design is called "sculptural jug" which looks so close to our Contempo Pitcher. This is one of my most favorite bisque shapes...I love the versatility of the piece!
The project above is achieved using Concepts® Underglazes for Bisque and Majolica, French Dimensions™ and of course...Duncan Oh Four™ Bisque!!!
